Infills Group Named Best Small Business Finalist
We are delighted to share that Infills Group has been named a finalist in the Best Small Business category at the UK Small Business Awards 2026, representing Eastbourne.
The recognition means a great deal to us because it reflects the whole Infills journey: our partnership, our team and the dental professionals, practices and learners who have trusted us along the way.
From supporting dental practices to training the next generation
Infills began with a clear purpose: to provide dependable staffing support to dental practices while creating meaningful opportunities for dental professionals.
Infills Agency was founded by Tiffany in 2013. Krisha later joined the business, and together they developed Infills Group into the combined staffing and training organisation it is today.
The Infills Academy grew from what we were seeing in practice. Dental teams needed capable, well-supported professionals, while learners needed training that connected properly with the realities of working in a dental environment.
As clinically active dental professionals ourselves, we understand those realities first-hand. That experience continues to shape how we support our learners and the dental practices that rely on us.
Today, Infills has supported more than 100 dental practices and welcomed 89 learners to the Academy. We have continued investing in our courses, systems and online resources while keeping the personal approach on which the business was built.
A second piece of wonderful news
Alongside the Best Small Business recognition for Infills Group, our co-director Krisha Cunningham has also been named a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year.
For us, the two finalist places belong within the same story. Infills has grown through the different skills, experience and commitment brought by Tiffany, Krisha and the wider team.
Krisha said:

What happens next?
The UK Small Business Awards Grand Final will take place on 19 December 2026 at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham.
Whatever happens at the final, reaching this stage is already a moment we are very proud of. It gives us an opportunity to reflect on how far Infills has come while remaining focused on what matters most: supporting dental practices, developing dental professionals and helping our learners build successful careers.
