Our Story

2013
Infills Agency Founded

Infills Agency was launched in 2013 by Tiffany Borhani, a GDC-registered dental professional with experience across NHS and private practice. Having seen first-hand the disruption caused by staff shortages, Tiffany set out to create an agency that practices could depend on. From day one, Infills Agency focused on quality and professionalism, building strong relationships with dental practices across Sussex and establishing a reputation for reliable locum and permanent staffing.

2021
Infills Academy Launched

Recognising the need for a more personal approach to dental nurse training, Infills expanded into education with the launch of Infills Academy in 2021. Having started out as trainees ourselves, we know what it feels like to learn the role while finding your feet in practice. That experience still shapes how we support our learners today, with personal assessor support, individual feedback and real people there to help when you need it.And we never left the surgery. Alongside running Infills, we continue to work clinically throughout the week to maintain our skills, stay current and make sure the training we provide remains relevant to real life in dental practice.

Infills Group Formed

Now operating as Infills Group, the Academy and Agency work hand in hand to support both professionals and practices. Whether it’s training a new dental nurse, helping a practice find last-minute cover, or guiding a student through their qualification, both sides of Infills are rooted in the realities of working in dentistry. Our mission remains the same: to empower people, strengthen practices, and improve patient care across the UK.
